Terms of Service
last updated · June 2026
Welcome to Vort. By using the site and studio, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain language.
1. What Vort is
Vort is a creative studio that lets you generate images, video, voice and music using third-party AI models, and assemble them into content. Tools and models may change or be removed over time.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.
3. Token-gated access
Some features require holding a minimum amount of the $VORT token in a wallet you connect. Connecting a wallet is read-only — we check its balance and verify ownership by a signed message. We never take custody of your funds, request your seed phrase, or initiate any transaction. Access can change as your balance changes.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing on Vort is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. $VORT and other crypto assets are volatile and risky; you may lose value. We make no promises about the price, utility, or future of any token, and you use crypto entirely at your own risk.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it so the service works (including publishing packs you choose to make public). You are responsible for what you create and must have the rights to any material you upload.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Vort to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors, to impersonate others deceptively, or to abuse the service or its providers. We use automated filters and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, derivative, or unexpected, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users. We don’t guarantee any output is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. You’re responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.
8. Third-party services
Vort relies on third parties (including model providers and infrastructure such as Supabase and Vercel, and wallet software such as Phantom). Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vort and Vortex are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or crypto assets arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Reach us on X at @Vortfun.
